Eddie Parks is the OCSEA vice president, a role he has held since 2003. He is an energy specialist for the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio and a member of Franklin Chapter 2500. Parks has been active in the union for 20 years.
As vice president, Parks serves on the AFSCME National Professional Advisory Committee. He also chairs the OCSEA Education and Professional Committee.
Parks has served as chapter president, vice president of District 6 Council, chief steward, a member of the state board of directors and chair of the Judicial Internal Affairs Committee.
