Notice of Temporary Service Interruption

UET partners with the Columbus Area Labor Management Committee (CALMC) to deliver the UET Labor-Management Training Program. Currently, due to training delivery staff changes, CALMC is unable to facilitate LMC training programs. As a result, during this transition period the UET LMC program delivery will be put on hold.

If you are interested in the program for your labor-management committee, please contact Brenda Buckley at 614-865-2645 or bbuckley@ocsea.org for more information.

L-M Committee Effectiveness Training

This program is designed in part to help management and labor work together to identify common ground, to effect joint workplace initiatives, to build and enhance skills in the areas of group process and consensus building, to improve labor-management collaborative relationships, and to facilitate better joint meetings.
